Three months after the release of her EP Noir, Yseult finally unveils the video for Corps. The 24-year-old French artist’s impactful vocals-and-piano track has already garnered over 3 million streams. Corps was brought to life by director Colin Solal Cardo, Christine and the Queens’ loyal collaborator who has also worked with international artists Charli XCX, Robyn, Alicia Keys and Eddy de Pretto.

The return of Yseult in 2019 is one of the most significant events in today’s French-pop scene. Known for her golden voice, she has kept a low-profile since 2015 until last January, when she released her single Rien à prouver. She represents a vibrant manifestation of empowerment that shines through resilience.

In October 2019, she released her EP Noir, a project full of addictive beats and lyrics that are raw to the core. Yseult sings about love, the past, and independence, and that's what she delivers on her upcoming debut album. Stream both her EPs Noir and Rouge here.

Yseult will finally make her North American debut this month. She will headline a show in Montreal at Phi Centre on February 27th, and open for Les Louanges in Quebec City at Impérial Bell on February 28th.

About Yseult
Yseult started singing at a very young age, saying It was easier than doing my homework. Her father listened to African music, French songs and American pop, so Yseult reproduced what she heard. She was already very focused on systemic injustice, believing that women should be treated with the same respect as men.

Yseult’s music is nourished by indie rock, psychedelic, pop and trap. Amazing, refined, and efficient, her “Y-Trap” reflects what she listens to every day, from Lizzo to Feu! Chatterton, from Cardi B to Damso and Tame Impala.
